Favor, manufacturer of bicycles and motorcycles, was founded in 1898 in Clemont Ferrand, a French city in the Auvergne Rhone Alpes region where the Michelin tire company is also based. Favor motorcycles were regularly ridden to victory in French national championships throughout the 1950s. The company closed in 1977. This vintage poster is
