Fogosch 2021 Craziness 1 all three fermented and maturedThe Fogosch from Joiseph is a Grner Veltliner with a short maceration on the skins. It is a balanced and fruity white wine. Apple and pear flavours, light caramel and peach. The salty minerality in this delicious wine is a result of the typical terroir in Jois, limestone, and slate. A version of Grner Veltliner that cant be left untasted.
