An HJ Proficiency Badge, Silver Grade, constructed of black rayon with silver grey machine embroidery, unmarked, measuring 75 mm (w) x 110 mm (h), in unissued and mint condition. 2. A Gendarmerie sleeve eagle for Enlisted ranks, constructed of police green wool with orange and black machine embroidery, unmarked, measuring 90 mm (w) x 100 mm (h), in unissued and mint condition.
