A very well preserved Kriegsmarine Tellermtze (sailors cap), constructed of a reinforced dark navy blue wool cap band. Wrapped around the exterior is a general issue tally ribbon constructed of black rayon and bearing a machine embroidered gold bullion wire inscription of KRIEGSMARINE in Fraktur script.
