Constructed of bronze, the obverse featuring an etched portrait of Alfonso XIII with the inscription ESPAA Y AFRICA (Spain and Africa), the reverse displaying a women holding the Spanish coat of arms on an Africas map, measuring 35. 53 mm (w) x 40. 59 mm (h inclusive of integral ball suspension), with toned silver and minor oxidation on the reverse, suspended by original breast ribbon with
