A Pair Of Ortsgruppe Level Hauptstellenleiter Collar Tabs Hold 90m m (3 ½ inches)(3rd Regulation Version 1936 1939), constructed of a light brown velvet, the obverse bears two strips of fine silver grey tress stripes in the shape of an L incorporating a repeating swastika design, all four edges trimmed in light blue piping indicative of the Orts Level, mounted on a tan buckram base, one tabs bears a label witha blue ink RZM mark beside a large C, maker marked Hersteller and A4 beside 861 above "Reichszeugmeisterei der NSDAP.",
