Constructed of silver, central aplique in gilded silver and multi coloured enamels, consisting of a pebbled eight pointed radiant star, the obverse overlaid by a gilt Maltese Cross with ball finials, the quadrants joined by double headed eagles overlaid by Serbian coats of arms, with a central white enameled medallion bearing a hand painted depiction of Saint Sava,
