Blauburger PUR 2017 Aromatic Type: rosé ChampagneThe Blauburger is not often to be found, it is a cross between Blaufrnkisch and Blauer Portuguiser. The Hager Matthiass version is elegant and balanced. In the nose you get a tiny wild scent but then you have beautiful black cherry and cloves aromas!
