Constructed of Luftwaffe grey wool, with a silver aluminum bullion machine embroidered tresse looped around all edged of the straps, with dark blue piping around the edges of the straps (indicating medical branch); each with a button hole, and with silvered aluminum pip and medical insignia superimposed on the top; mint and unissued condition.
