Panzer Abwehr Kompanie, Infanterie Regiment 62. The document was issued in Berlin on November 8, 1938. It bears the facsimile of Otto Meissner, with a stamp of the seal of his office. The document is 297 mm x 210 mm, in near mint condition with slight staining towards the bottom left.
