Noel Tellez founded Bichi in 2014, starting with a small cellar and some old vines in Tecate. He works with his family as well as collaborating with local growers and winemakers, The name Bichi means naked in the Sonoran Yaqui dialect, where his family is from. A fitting name for this pure, natural expression of the land. The 2021
