This will require the better part of a decade to fully resolve the slightly rustic tannic spine

Dame Montrose other_regions A wonderfully pliant 2002 withLots of sediment and bottle deposit. Mid garnet. Racy and lively with a good spine of ripe fruit and no obvious sweetness nor alcohol. Well, perhaps just a little sweetness. And a tiny hint of dried fruit on the end. Lacks the complexity of the Calon Sgur 1998 tasted immediately beforehand but it certainly isn't tired in any way.
