Charming Old Finely Hand-knit Pin Cushion Ball in Pink and Green Wool black Americana doll Here are two--the dark oneIt's funny what sets our various hearts racing this one completely did it for me, spotted in the case of a great dealer with the best name ever (Kitty Saylor) at a show just outside Nashville. With clear age, I think antique, and I believe the fine gauge wool yarn with which the skin was knit was hand dyed. Perhaps Pennsylvania Amish, I'm not sure, but it has the same sort of sort of special feel as those wonderful wrapped yarn balls. Also reminiscent
