cool and airy nose is comprised by notes of the essence of red pinot fruit
4% Petite Sirah and 2% Touriga Nacional
This is a very serious example of the appellation that is a bit less refined than one might normally expect though there is no rusticity
and the winter following the bottling (it was bottled in May 2017 at the same time as the Laurel) is when they tend to show closed
