Corvidae “Rook” Merlot, 2023 Brachetto fish and poultry"Rook" is a blend of 85% Merlot (Outlook Vineyard) and 15% Zinfandel. "The 2017 Rook was made to showcase the world class Merlot grown in the cool, high elevation sites within the Columbia Valley AVA. The wine is aged in neutral French oak to keep the bright fruit flavors lively." Red and black fruits that are textured yet soft. Columbia Valley, Washington
