Folk Art Carved Cat with Stained Stripes and Homely Face! dog pull toy I purchased this painting unframedI love a good folk art carved cat, the wonkier the better, and the homely face on this one won me immediately; really, how not to love?! The use of a dark stain for a couple of long, thick stripes plus the tail is pretty great too, with varnish added over the whole thing.
