Description
A wine with more focus and refinement than the 2010 with blueberry
Fine-grained tannins sneak in very slowly and meld seamlessly with the energetic fruit
This bottle showed quite a bit better than the bottle I tasted for my recent 2004 Barolo retrospective
Tenuta Argentiera is a new property owned by Florentine entrepreneurs Corrado and Marcello Fratini along with Piero Antinori
gentle grip with a persistent tarry finish that suggests that it needs more bottle age
Sylvie Esmonin, Cote De Nuits Villages Rouge Vintage:2023 A wine with more focus(from holdings of . 32 ha in La Croix Violette and . 30 ha in Les Vignois, both in Brochon). This is also quite firmly reduced. The caressing but punchy medium weight flavors terminate in a lightly stony, youthfully austere and moderately firm finale that offers good depth and persistence. This should both drink well young and repay mid term keeping.
