The curled piece attached by rivet to the bottom left of the hanging rack is a tiny bit loose

including for a few small holes in the fabric that reveal the many layers underneath it

Just a great form, and the raised eye just the right touch. 3 1 4" l x 1 1 2" t and in very good vintage condition, with a little surface wear to the tail on one side as detailed, minor.
