Renate Scheer Kalkofen "In Outer Space," 1966, Signed Print, Ed. 6 vintage blocks glass eyesThere is not a whole lot out there about Renate Scheer Kalkofen (1935 2013) who created this gorgeous "In Outer Space" print in 1966, as well as a few others I am listing from a couple years earlier. I do know she was a graduate of Tufts University and spent much of her life in the nearby Boston suburb of Belmont, where there are records of her exhibiting from the 1960s and 70s all the way through 2011. And I know from the dealer I purchased the
