This is a beautiful, elegant showing of Sauvignon Blanc that is silky while still presenting refreshing citrus notes. Michael Seresin pursued his passion for producing natural wine in the 90s in New Zealand; he is also known for his Cinematography work on films such as "Midnight Express" and "Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban". Wild yeast fermented, small portion in French oak.
