Manfrotto 074B flash This is a sliding plateThe Manfrotto 074B is a large tripod, but not huge large it's like a reinforced 055, with about the same height, except with thicker tubes and a spreader, plus a geared centre column. Height without the centre column is about 4. 5 feet the column adds just under a foot. Head fitting is a standard 3 8" thread (head sold separately)
