Domaine Buisson-Charles 'En Bouches-Chères' 1er Cru Meursault 2022 Size:Regular The resulting “merger” of theCan be spelled "Boucheres" as well but the Domaine uses the old French name, Bouches Chres. The parcel is located on an east facing hill towards Poruzots and Genevrires. Vines are trained 1 3 Cordon de Royat and 2 3 Guyot. Stony and clay limestone. Grapes are pneumatically pressed, static settled and aged in barrels (15% 20% new). Bottled without fining or filtration. Michel Buisson was the third generation vigneron at this domaine in Meursault.
