1920s Folk Art Ship in a Bottle Whimsy with Village, Signed B. Nielson scaffolding with its perfect pink bowI'll never wrap my head around how one could possibly make a ship in a bottle like this they always seem like miracles to me! This perfectly preserved, beautifully executed large one features a four mast ship with tiny American flag flying at the stern end, and a village of tiny carved and painted wooden houses, church, and lighthouse in the background. The Illinois Glass Company bottle dates I believe specifically to 1924, with the use of the "I"
