Gentle soft palate, like a winter blanket, with citrusy tart creme and tangerine. A typical Rhone blend of Grenache Blanc, Marsanne, Roussanne and Viognier from the Perrin Family whose Flagship Estate is Beaucastel. Through their experience in organic farming, with Beaucastel being one of the first major French estates to convert to organic 40 years ago, they craft this "Nature" cru
