and her body formed by pulling brown fabric over a weighted bottle

as it surely did

Lovely Antique Wicker Covered Bottle with Original Stopper Olin Dows 33 Based on the wearThe original stopper on this suggests it was likely made as a cologne bottle, rather than as a flask, but I can't find another quite like it, with this pretty open weave pattern to the basketry and fancy weaving knotting around the neck, which I especially love like a ruffly collar! A nice example, and completely usable still. Early 20th century I would think, with a nice fat rolled lip with lots of bubbles on the blown glass bottle. 5 1 8" x 3 1 8",
