Happy Couple in their Chairs, Pair of Old Painted Carvings carved stone obelisk with some nice chippy-ness toWhat a pair, happy together for a long time already, and I do hope forever! Obviously they were carved by the same person but it appears of two different woods, and decorated with what seems to have been a water based paint, a fair bit of it lost or faded but lots of good color remaining, Great faces, great attituses, and I how the area underneath her chair was outlined but never carved out. Total charmers. Both measure about 4 1 4" t x 7 8" w x 2 1
