Domaine Jean-Louis Chave L'Hermitage Rouge 2021 SAUVIGNON This is an attractively perfumedJean Louis' approach to blending different vineyards into a whole that is greater than the sum of its parts carries over to his Hermitage Rouge. His Syrah comes from plots in Bessards, Beaumes, Hermite, Plat, and Mal. It is mostly de stemmed and then fermented in a combination of tonneaux and stainless steel before it is aged in mostly neutral oak for two years and a half. Organic
