2023 Carre Freres Coteaux Champenois Rose, Champagne, France Fabien Duveau after being harvested and selectedA rare still ros from Champagnes Coteaux Champenois AOC, this cuve is made entirely from Pinot Noir grown in organically farmed parcels in Verzy and Trpail, villages prized for their chalky slopes and cool exposition. The grapes are harvested by hand, then spontaneously fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel before being racked to a mix of used and partially new French oak barrels for aging. The 2023 ros is bottled unfined and unfiltered
