Lightweight red fabric with sweet playful kittens all over, small collar and half zip up the front. The sweetest fit and flare style with open hips! This piece has belt loops at the waist with minimal stretch throughout. Priced as is. Slight discoloration in the armpits but does not compromise the integrity of the piece.
