The Pils is the house calling card, and it is the hardest kind of beer to make well: long cold lagering, delicate malt, and absolutely nowhere to hide. It arrives at 5% ABV in 16 ounce cans, four to a pack. Serve it cold but not ice cold, pour it into an actual glass, and
