2022 Jerome Bretaudeau La Justice Amphore Vdf Blanc, Loire, France Black Estate 55ha of vines of CheninSize: 0. 5 ha (1. 24 ac) Variety: 80% Chardonnay, 20% Savagnin Vine Age: Chardonnay planted in the late 1980s, Savagnin planted by Jrome in 2013 Terroir: Granite and quartz rocky soils Viticulture: Certified organic (since 2012) and biodynamic (Biodyvin, as of 2020) Vinification: Indigenous yeast fermentation, aged for 14 months in amphora (90%) and barrel (10%)
