2022 Sota els Angels 'Flow' Blanco Emporda, Spain Erbaluna very sandy and salineFlow White is a versatile and vibrant natural white wine with a twist: its primarily a Blanc de Noirs, made with red grapes, pressed directly with no maceration on the skins. Specifically, its made of 79% Carignan from the Sota Els ngels biodynamic and certified organic estate vineyard, planted at 150m altitude on silty loam soils with silica, blended with 29% Grenache Gris this year, which Fredi Torres says gives the wine an aromatic lift. Grapes are
