2024 Benoit Courault La Grande Maille Loire, Vin de France Christian Bellang Grown on the Olegario SandovalNew cuve replacing Les Rouliers, this is old vine Cabernet Franc from the north facing slopes of the La Grande Maille lieu dit on black schist soils. Fermented naturally and aged 10 months in barrel without racking. Bottled with a light touch of sulfur (10 mg L total). Fresh and lifted at 12. 5% ABVvibrant, mineral, and classically Courault.
