This bottling comes from just seven rows of Ribolla Gialla in their home vineyard in western Oak Knoll, fermented whole cluster on the skins with native yeast, punched down twice daily for two weeks, then pressed and aged on the lees in neutral barrels for 18 months. The result is what orange wine should be: textured but not heavy,
