this 2021 riesling GG is going to take a while to come out of its shell

This has acceptably energy though I wouldn't recommend aging it for more than a few years

Yet it opens in the mouth at you taste it

Generous lightly baked lemon with bright

creamy texture and echo throughout an energetic finish

Gregory James Bacigalupi Vineyard Pinot Noir, Russian River Valley, USA 2019 Case (6x750ml) Chateau Carbonnieux this 2021 riesling GG isAromas of fresh strawberry and cheery pie leap from the glass, followed by touches of vanilla bean, tobacco, currant, cassis and overripe plum. On the palate, the tart cherry, pomegranate, plum and subtle notes of blackberry are balanced by earthy notes of cocoa, coffee, briar and dusty soil. The acidity is lively yet smooth leading to a very pleasant cherry cola finish with hints of earthiness.
