Casè 'Casebianco' Emilia-Romagna, Italy Enzo Boglietti the bottles were riddled and500 meter elevation above the trebbia river in Emiglia. Malvasia, Marsanne, Ortugo and Moscato Limestone gravel soils. 15,20 and 40 year old vines 300 liters out of 10,000 were carbonically macerated and the rest fermented in stainless.
