She worked for a time at Franois Chidaine in Montlouis, where she fell in love with Chenin Blanc. In 2011, she founded her own 3. 5 hectare domaine in Azay le Rideau. Premier Nez comes from 40 year old vines of Chenin Blanc grown on white clay and limestone. This wine sees 14 15 months of levage in demi muid and barrique.
