The wine was aged sur lees for 10 month in Oak and then racked to stainless steel for an additional 6 months of aging prior to botting

a mix of clay and limestone and then the area near the woods at the top of the slope is cooler than the rest of the vineyard

and remained on the skins for 5 weeks

The southern exposure and fresher calcareous soils make this lieu dit the most Jurassian of their range
