NV | Ca' del Bosco Cuvee Prestige | Franciacorta Roger Neveu & Fils dark fruit and orange peelStraw yellow in colour with abundant and persistent fine perlage, it is made from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc grapes. After vinification, the refermentation takes place in the bottle with a rest on the yeasts for approximately 25 months. On the nose, there are hints of citrus, apple, white peach and exotic fruit, while the taste is fresh and elegant, savoury and balanced with a fruity finish.
