Clos Fornelli, the Vanucci Couloumre family estate in the commune of Tallone on Corsica's eastern coast, farms it organically on clay schist and gravelly soils that face the Tyrrhenian Sea. Hand harvested, fermented with native yeasts, and bottled without fuss, this is dry, mineral, and floral all at once, with a faint salty edge that
