which was indeed paler in colour and fresher in bouquet with a light rubbery reduction

There is an ethereal character to the 2020s that I haven't found in any previous vintage here

Minimal sulfites are added. This results in a natural wine that displays the full expression of Malbec. Aromas of red fruit, violets, and aromatic herbs like thyme and rosemary. Elegant, smooth, and fruity.
